The main activity of the company was to provide consultancy services in quality and financial issues, recruiting executives, Management and Human resources issues, the development and implementation of educational programs and seminars for executives.

   The department of “Training and Development” of iCon has grown considerably and therefore iCon International Training was created, which is dealing exclusively with the Development of Executives. The motto of the company is “Respect in Training and Reliability”. In this context, a particular significance is given in helping, mainly executives and employees, to acquire knowledge and top quality degrees (MBA, MSC, MA, Doctorate) and Bachelors from leading universities mainly in the form of flexible enriched learning (Distance Learning) and also through seminars developed by iCon.
